We understand that a lot can happen from the time you place an order, to the day it arrives on your doorstep. Whether you change your mind, or the product was not up to par, you have 30-days from the day you receive your item(s) to qualify for a full refund.
We tend to not accept returns past 30 days since you received the item. To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused and in the original condition received in. If you are truly unhappy with your purchase, email us at email@example.com and we can work together to find a solution.

To qualify for an exchange, all items must be in original, unused condition. If you choose to exchange for an item of higher value, you will be responsible for covering the difference in price.
At this time, we are unable to cover shipping costs of return items. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
